There's not a whole lot of information to be found on the web about the
Anny 44. The Utacar f8/50 lens was also used in bigger sisters
Anny 35 and
Anny 35 Super De Luxe.

The Anny 44 (アニー44) is an inexpensive Japanese camera taking 4×4cm pictures on 127 film, made by Hōei from 1960.

These shots have a distinct plastic feel. No idea of the history of the original camera, this may have been stored in some attic for the last 40 years. The plastic fixed-focus lens is somewhat blurred.
