In Wikipedia staat "Highway 1 is famous for running by some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, leading to its designation as an All-American Road", en je kijkt inderdaad je ogen uit.
Ook het park zelf is de moeite waard. We zagen bordjes waarop staat dat daar poema's rondlopen, maar we zijn alleen ongevaarlijke bosbewoners tegengekomen.
