Red Rat

"Red Rat, ook wel RedRat, is een strip uit de zeventiger en tachtiger jaren die werd getekend door Johannes (John) van de Weert. De uitgaves werden gedaan door Stichting Raket uit Rotterdam, die geliëerd was aan de kraakbeweging. De strip werd uitgegeven in eenvoudige zwart-wit lijntekeningen, waarbij Red Rat samen met andere ratten en woelmuizen de “linkse rakkers” waren, terwijl de “kapitalisten” werden getekend als varkens. Bekend ook van met name protestposters uit die tijd is de spotnaam Beapix. De strip is niet geschikt voor jonge lezers omdat er schokkende passages in voorkomen."

Afleveringen 0-10 kunnen gedownload worden via Rapidshare. De download bevat cbr-bestanden (Comic Book RAR Archive) die kunnen worden uitgepakt met Stuffit Expander (Mac en Windows).

Let Me Play For You Some Of My Recordings
See, I’ve saved them all on reel-to-reel tapes. It’s this DELICIOUS program I record from my radio Wednesday nights. “SwaG!” — I’m not sure what that’s supposed to mean, or what exactly is wrong with the odd little man who appears to be in charge. He has such a weird edge. But his musical selection is unlike any I’ve heard on the Top 40. It’s so invigorating!
Here. I have four of these radio programs, all from the end of the summer of ’09. They are three hours each, so please make yourself comfortable, dear.
